I created a website for a Dublin based artist.
In 2014, I created a website for close friend of mine, an Irish artist named Damien Flood.
Originally, the code for the lightbox required all images to be displayed on the page for them to be included in the lightbox. I updated this code so that I could instead provide a comma separated string of image names to be included in the lightbox.
We decided against a CMS as it was going to be a fairly static site. Very few updates to content.
I created a load of flat files for the website. I used PHP includes to reduce code redundancy. For the exhibition pages, I used PHP to load the details of each different exhibition, including images, image names and descriptions for the lightbox.
